Before founding Oligye, Colin held consulting, coaching, and operational leadership roles at IBM, following earlier IT consulting experience at Ernst & Young.
He brings international business experience and an understanding of working across cultures to his coaching, consulting, and facilitation.

Based in Shanghai, Colin brings more than 25 years of professional experience across the United States, China, and the wider Asia-Pacific region. His background spans IT consulting, operations, supply chain, process improvement, leadership development, and coaching.
At IBM, he worked with multicultural teams and business units across Japan, China, Australia, Singapore, and India. Earlier roles included IT consulting at Ernst & Young and technology leadership at Howard University.
Today, Oligye supports individuals with challenges in their relationships, confidence, career, and personal direction, alongside coaching and development for leaders and organizations.
