Coaching can combine leadership conversations, team sessions, observation of working practices, and focused workshops. Teams try agreed changes in their everyday work, then review what they learn and adapt.
The scope may involve a single team, cross-functional collaboration, or a broader adoption effort. The approach follows your circumstances and objectives.
Experience behind the work
Oligye’s founder, Colin C. Thompson, supported IBM’s enterprise Agile transformation and coached and trained more than 30 development and operations teams. He has delivered well over 300 hours of Agile coaching.
His background combines Agile coaching, Lean process improvement, and cross-cultural leadership experience.
