How it works
We agree on the program’s objectives, eligibility, allocation of coaching hours, and access arrangements with your organization.
Employees begin with an introductory conversation to identify their goals and understand the coaching process. Sessions focus on their circumstances, choices, and practical next steps.
The program can support a defined group or broader employee access, depending on your needs and the agreed scope.
Confidentiality is central
Before coaching begins, employees and organizational sponsors understand what remains private and what information may be shared.
Individual session content remains confidential within the agreed coaching terms and applicable ethical and legal boundaries. Organizational reporting can include participation, completion, and agreed aggregate feedback, without disclosing private conversations.
