Oligye provides focused, confidential coaching for emerging and established leaders who want to examine how they lead and put new approaches into practice.

How it works
We begin by discussing the leader’s circumstances, goals, and what meaningful progress would look like.
For organization-sponsored coaching, we agree on objectives, confidentiality, and any reporting arrangements with the leader and sponsor before sessions begin.
Individual coaching sessions create space to reflect, challenge assumptions, and prepare for real situations. Between sessions, the leader puts chosen actions into practice. We review progress and adapt the focus as needed.
The format and duration are agreed around the engagement.
Experience behind the coaching
Oligye’s founder, Colin C. Thompson, PCC, CPQC, brings international leadership, consulting, and coaching experience, including prior roles at IBM and Ernst & Young. His background includes multicultural team leadership and contributions to development programs for first- and second-line managers.
